Arrived ot thambo airport 29th august reported bags handle broken off & missing at baggage department…. Told their repair company would telephone me to fetch at my house for inspection and repair or replacement. (I informed them that needed call that or next day as 2 days later as doing knee replacement.)

Now after about 12 weeks still No call from repair company!!

When back home 3 weeks later I continuously tried to call baggage office at number on their form with No One ever answering.
